images from Arches National Park, Utah. I saw a lot today, starting at Goosenecks in the morning and ending up at Arches in the late afternoon. I passed through Moab but saved about $120 on my hotel room by staying in Monticello, Utah...

The next day I went back to Best Friends just to go to the animal cemetery. The tour didn't stop there but you were invited to return at a later time.

This cemetery is easily one of the most amazing and moving places I have ever visited in my life: the beauty of the canyon landscape, the sound of the hundreds of chimes, and the sheer number of animals treated with such dignity upon death. Tears poured down my cheeks the whole time I was here. The love and respect given to each animal is so overwhelming and fantastic...
